Horse
Fever
Once and
always a cowgirl
Got horse
fever in my veins.
All I think
about is horses
With flying
hooves and flowing manes.
I dream of
stallions shiny black
And fiery
horses at the track.
I love a
Western horse or English
All groomed
and fancy tacked.
I have
visions of foals and mares
Grazing in
pastures without any cares.
No matter
where the foals may roam,
If I see one
I want to take it home.
Today I may
love Buckskin and Palominos,
Tomorrow
Creams and Perlinos.
Paints and
Pintos I so adore,
Don't know
which colors I love more.
I want to
own and ride them all,
Put them in
a fancy stall.
If I had a
million strong,
I'd dream of
more all day long.
If you have
caught horse fever,
Don't try to
fight it or you'll see,
There's no
medicine or treatment
That will
ever set you free.
Once and
always a cowgirl,
Got horse
fever in my veins.
All I think
about is horses,
With flying
hooves and flowing manes.
